Main responsibilities:
- Call of customers and beneficiaries for the evaluation of the rendered service of perfect deliveries
- Preparation of reports, analysis of data, presentations on results
- Work with clients who had a problematic delivery for conducting a survey on dissatisfaction and forming recommendations for their return and renewal of cooperation
- Participation in drawing up a plan for internal inspections of company divisions
- Participates in drawing up internal audit programs, as well as communicating the audit program to stakeholders
- Participates in conducting internal audits of the company's divisions as an internal auditor
- Carries out one-time official tasks, instructions and instructions from the Director General, the Commercial Director, who are part of the scope of the quality manager
Requirements:
- Higher education - preferably economic or marketing;
- Experience in the field of quality management (minimum six months, more often from 3 years);
- Knowledge of ISO standards is desirable;
- Desire to help, optimistic and persistent in nature
- Excellent knowledge of PC, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet; Power Point.
- The English language of the Intermediate level and above is desirable.
Conditions:
- Working hours from 09.00 to 18.00, 5 days working day.
