The Company is liable to the Partner for possible loss, delay of the cargo or its damage in accordance with the terms of the concluded Agreement.

Form of payment - cash or non-cash settlement of one-time contracts, prepayment or payment on the invoice at the end of the month, according to the corporate contract.
